You can contact us directly by tapping again on "Contact Us" (this page only). We normally reply to requests the same day but maybe we can answer your query here to save us and you a lot of time.
If you have not received your quiz after you paid for it then tap on 'Advice' at the very top of the page, it answers 99% of all requests we get.
If you are having difficulties printing a quiz after you downloaded it from us then tap on 'Help' at the very top of the page, it has all the information you will ever need.
If you accidentally bought a quiz you've already bought from us before and you're in a rush then buy the one you need right now. You can get in touch with us by tapping the contact us button at the top of this page and we'll reimburse you when we see your request ticket.
No Replies to Emails
If you're trying to contact us but we're not replying to you then your email provider is blocking our emails, some email providers have really strict anti spam filters and unless you tell them that our emails are okay then you won't get them. The first thing you should do is check your junk or spam folder in your email account. If you don't, or even if you do, find our emails there then you will need to add this website to your contacts or white list in your email account, if you don't know how to do this then follow this link for step by step instructions. Once you've added this website to your email account return to this page and try contacting us again by tapping contact us at the top of this page, we should reply to your request ticket within 12 hours.
